1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by WordCrafters India ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

WordCrafters India provides professional copywriting, content writing, SEO writing, content management, and training services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website copywriting and content creation
• Blog posts and article writing
• SEO-optimized content
• Email marketing copy
• Social media content
• Professional copywriting training programs

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you register for our training programs or services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Service Packages: Payment for monthly service packages is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

Training Programs: Full payment for training programs is required upon registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy: Refunds for services are provided on a case-by-case basis. Training program fees are non-refundable after the first session has been conducted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership and rights to the content we create for them, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Training Materials: All training materials, course content, and resources provided in our training programs remain the intellectual property of WordCrafters India. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.

Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality.

6. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in each service package is specified in the package description. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of content delivery.

7. Delivery Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by late client feedback or approval will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear project briefs and necessary information
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Provide access to any required systems, platforms, or materials
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential information shared during the course of our engagement, except as required by law or with the client's explicit permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordCrafters India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
